About the Client
X-Factor Design and Build love restoring and renovating older houses using period materials and techniques to return them to their original glory. Additions are done in sympathy with the style of the house, not in glaring contrast. They can increase living areas, change the whole layout of the house and create extra bedrooms and bathrooms. We carry strong themes to suit client wishes from Victorian splendour through Indo- Bali, Asian, Farmhouse, Beach bach or whatever. New Builds are normally one off designs with a lean towards environmentally sound products great insulation and ventilation for all seasons.
What we did
X-Factor design and Build have renovated and built many unique structures and we wanted to showcase these. We featured some striking examples in the rotatign home page feature, as well as creating a Project Portfolio with several examples of work they have done.
